The Story
FreeAgent & Co. wasn't built in a classroom or a conference room.
It was built on the floor of Sidebar RGV — an elegant speakeasy-inspired restaurant and jazz lounge in downtown Edinburg, Tx that had no business succeeding and did anyway.
When Sidebar launched in 2017, there was no playbook. No industry experience. No location advantage.
What there was: a clear brand vision, a commitment to the guest experience, and a willingness to figure out what worked and what didn't — in real time, with real money on the line.
