That room is real, a hidden gem in plain sight.
It sits in downtown Edinburg, Texas, inside the restored Daily Review building, once home to the town's newspaper.
Before we opened, nothing like it existed in the area.
Most people would have told you it couldn't.
That room is Sidebar, a jazz lounge and elegant dining restaurant. And when we helped open it, every marketing agency that walked in wanted to sell us visibility.

Nobody asked what made us stand out.

So we learned to do that part ourselves. We built what makes it work from the inside: the brand feeling, the culture, the guest experience.
We've been running it since 2017.

Our creative vision comes from two places:
a designer's training in fine art, and 25 years with luxury brands like Cartier, Rolex, Montblanc, Gucci, Hublot, Tag Heuer and more.
